Join a growing manufacturing team in Bow, NH! We're looking for dependable Machine Operators who enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and producing quality products in a team-oriented environment.

Location: Bow, NH

Schedule: 1st Shift, 6:00AM-2:30PM, Mon-Fri | 2nd Shift, 2:30PM-1:00AM, Mon-Thurs, Friday OFF!

Pay rate range: $20-$28/hr DOE

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate roll-forming and related production equipment
• Perform machine adjustments and tooling changeovers
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Use measuring tools, band saws, drills, grinders, and other shop equipment
• Follow all safety and production procedures
• Assist with training and supporting team members as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical
